I See You (ICU)
The collection 'I See You' is a reflection of my emotional state during a difficult period of time. The word game ICU (intensive care unit) is a representation of how I felt - like I needed intensive care. Through art, I found a way to channel my emotions and cope with those difficult feelings. In turn, seeing the finished artwork made me feel seen, which happened to be so therapeutic (hence, "I see you"). This experience taught me the importance of creative outlets for mental health and well-being. Through this collection, I explore those feelings and hope to connect with others who may have experienced something similar. I also encourage everyone to find a creative outlet that resonates the most with you, regardless of the skills. It's really just for you. Along the lines of Marie Kondo's wise words, do more of whatever sparks joy in you. You do you, boo!
